1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by P & P Cleaning Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic window cleaning

  • Commercial window cleaning

  • Gutter clearing

  • uPVC cleaning

  • Jet washing

  • Cladding cleaning

  • Road sign cleaning

  • Shop sign cleaning

All services are carried out using modern water-fed pole systems or appropriate professional equipment.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on information provided at the time of enquiry.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:

  • Property size or access differs from the description

  • Access is restricted

  • Additional work is required

Domestic window cleaning prices may vary after the first clean if the condition or access differs from the initial assessment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of the service being carried out unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via:

  • Customer Portal

  • Bank transfer (BACS)

  • Direct Debit

  • Card payment

  • PayPal

  • Cheque

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Access Requirements

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe access to all areas to be cleaned

  • Gates are unlocked where required

  • Pets are secured

  • Obstacles are removed from the window areas

If we cannot gain safe access, the visit may still be chargeable.

6. Weather Conditions

Window cleaning may be carried out in light rain.

In cases of severe weather, high winds or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the clean.

7. Water-Fed Pole Cleaning Disclaimer

Our purified water system may initially highlight pre-existing marks or residue left by previous cleaning methods.

Minor spotting may occur on the first cleans while detergent residue is removed. Results improve over subsequent cleans.

8. Gutter Clearing Disclaimer

Gutter clearing removes debris where accessible.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden structural issues

  • Blockages within underground drainage systems

  • Downpipes that are internally damaged

9. Jet Washing Disclaimer

Jet washing may expose:

  • Loose pointing

  • Weak mortar

  • Pre-existing surface damage

We will assess surfaces prior to cleaning, but we cannot be held liable for underlying structural issues.

10. Commercial Contracts

For commercial clients:

  • RAMS documentation can be provided upon request

  • Site-specific method statements may apply

  • Payment terms may differ if agreed in the contract

11. Liability & Insurance

P & P Cleaning Services Ltd hold appropriate public liability insurance.

We accept responsibility for damage caused directly by our negligence.

We are not responsible for:

  • Existing defects

  • Poor property maintenance

  • Faulty seals, frames or fittings

Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

12. Cancellations

Domestic customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellation.

Repeated missed appointments may result in removal from our cleaning round.

Commercial cancellation terms will be agreed upon within the contract documentation.

13. Complaints

We take complaints seriously.
